About the Role
Join a fast-growing private aviation company as a Sales Representative - Group Charter, coordinating private jet travel worldwide for corporate, sports, entertainment, and government clients. This role is for a driven sales professional focused on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage charter bookings from inquiry through flight completion.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and client visits.
- Advise clients on aircraft options and charter solutions.
- Monitor active flights and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Attend industry conferences, client meetings, and occasional charter flights.
- Stay current on aviation market trends and opportunities.
Requirements
- Sales, business development, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Interest in aviation, travel, or luxury services is a plus.
