About the Role
Community Sports Partners is seeking an organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the founder, manage priorities and communications, and provide marketing support to selected businesses.
Responsibilities
- Own founder inbox triage, prepare replies in the founder's voice, track commitments, and escalate decisions.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with reliable follow-through.
- Research family offices, venture firms, and potential strategic partners, identify decision-makers, and prepare meeting briefs.
- Draft personalized outreach, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain a contact pipeline.
- Support founder's and selected businesses' social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with content planning, drafting, scheduling, and coordination.
- Assist the email/SMS specialist with campaign calendars, asset coordination, copy preparation, quality checks, and reporting.
- Organize documents, priorities, and confidential information, coordinate projects independently, and promptly surface issues.
Requirements
- Experience supporting an executive or coordinating business operations.
- Clear written English.
- Sound judgment with confidential information.
- Strong organization and follow-through skills.
- Practical familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and social/content tools.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing requests.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt writing to another person's voice.
