About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their facilities maintenance team, delivering planned preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites. This role is crucial for keeping client sites operational and maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Delivering quality workmanship and first-time fixes, where & when possible
- Providing excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction
- Independently managing maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including patch plastering, carpentry, floor coverings, wall tiling, lock changes, and general repairs
Requirements
- Time-served experience across multiple trades within a maintenance role
- Full valid UK driver’s license
- Confidence working independently and in customer-facing environments
- Comfortable using handheld IT equipment for work management and documentation
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a good work ethic
- Sound awareness of Health & Safety regulations

Education Level
- NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent in a building or maintenance-related trade (Desirable)
Salary/Compensations
- £30,724 per annum
