About the Role

MoFo is seeking a high-performing attorney with at least 6 years of experience for a reduced schedule (1,400 hours), remote, non-partnership track position within the Products Liability Practice Group. This role involves managing cases with autonomy and providing excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manages cases with a high degree of autonomy
  • Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
  • Managing document collection, review, and production
  • Causation and/or failure analysis
  • Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings

Requirements

  • At least 6+ years of experience
  • Products Liability or Commercial Litigation experience required
  • Strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Active member of the bar in the state in which you reside and in a state in which we have an office or are eligible to waive into one of those states
  • Willing to work on west coast time if not located in the west coast region of the U.S.
