About the Role
As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you will help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during peak seasons by providing exceptional service and making a difference in every guest's day. You will be the face of the organization, embodying the brand's inspired designs and purpose-driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer-centric service and build relationships.
- Drive results by setting and achieving goals to grow brand footprint and store performance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Educate guests on product details and personal style, making tailored suggestions.
- Adapt to various roles including Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the team to provide excellent guest experiences.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
