About the Role
This position serves as a career path for highly skilled Business Analysts who lead or participate in significant projects without direct supervisory responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Leads assigned projects and provides advanced technical and consultative support for complex and high-impact applications.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of applications and stays current with technical enhancements, methodologies, and trends.
- Analyzes existing systems and procedures to identify technical or procedural improvements.
- Recommends business practices to optimize application system usage.
- Develops operational procedures for products, services, and systems.
- Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements.
- Develops and generates special or Ad Hoc reports.
- Provides technical support to business units, customers, management, and other users.
- Serves as a liaison between software vendors and business units, or between users and other corporate areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
- Minimum 4 years of Business Analyst role experience.
- Experience with hands-on creation of data validation/mapping.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Skills
- Trade Finance system experience with Trade360 application
- Project planning and management
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge and/or experience in waterfall and agile methodologies
- Eliciting and documenting functional requirements and use cases
- Producing process flows using Visio
- Demonstrable technical skills and ability to learn technology
- Strong organization, written and oral communication skills
- Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements
- Ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details
- Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion
