About the Role
The Client Service Associate supports clients and advisors by executing administrative tasks and handling client requests, including account openings, paperwork processing, and meeting scheduling. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional client service. The Associate will also gain knowledge of investment products and assist in process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Frequent custodian interaction and paperwork processing.
- Process account openings and tasks with Custodians.
- Schedule client meetings.
- Prepare and follow up on client meetings.
- Prepare client forms and financial reports for client meetings.
- Develop knowledge of investment accounts, products, and required transaction forms.
- Assist with internal coordination across departments for timely task completion.
- Maintain and ensure quality control of CRM.
- Organize advisory team meetings and events.
- Receive client calls and resolve questions/issues.
- Execute client appreciation and retention activities.
- Prepare and process custodian forms for client account maintenance, transfers, and other requests.
- Provide backup administrative support for office operations and client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Willingness to obtain the Series 65 license within one year of employment.
- 0-2+ years of financial planning, estate planning, and/or tax planning/preparation experience.
