About the Role
New Castle Building Products (NCBP) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for their Brooklyn location. This role involves managing customer interactions, processing orders, and contributing to sales efforts within the commercial and residential roofing industry.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Quote projects for the outside sales team and contractor accounts
- Process completed orders and projects
- Cold call prospective customers
- Prepare quotes for potential customers
- Handle and process customer returns
- Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of products sold
- Coordinate customer delivery requirements with the dispatcher
- Share responsibility for inventory management and purchasing
Requirements
