About the Role
Bailey Education Group, LLC is seeking a Contract Math Teacher Mentor/Consultant/Instructional Coach in the greater Austin, TX area to redefine education through innovative solutions. This onsite position offers the chance to collaborate with passionate educators, foster excellence, and drive student success by transforming educational practices and supporting teacher development.
Responsibilities
- Observe and evaluate classroom instruction.
- Provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Facilitate professional development workshops to enhance math instructional practices.
- Analyze student performance data to assess progress and inform instructional decisions.
- Address specific challenges faced by teachers and students.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze data to assess student needs and successes.

- Commitment to accountability and integrity.
- Must provide proof of automobile liability insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 for bodily injury per person and $50,000 for property damage, or a combined single limit of at least $300,000.
- Must undergo comprehensive background checks.
- Must comply with state-specific background screening procedures, which may include fingerprinting, child abuse registry checks, or other verifications.
