About the Role
Bailey Education Group, LLC is seeking a Contract Reading/English Language Arts/Literacy teacher Mentor/Consultant/Instructional Coach in the Greater Austin TX area. Responsibilities
- Observing and evaluating classroom instruction
- Providing constructive feedback to teachers
- Facilitating professional development workshops to enhance instructional practices
- Active participation in team meetings
- Analyzing student performance data to assess progress and inform instructional decisions
- Addressing specific challenges faced by teachers and students
Requirements

- Travel to assigned school sites is required
- Responsible for travel expenses
- Must provide proof of automobile liability insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 for bodily injury per person and $50,000 for property damage, or a combined single limit of at least $300,000
- Undergo comprehensive background checks
- Comply with any specific background screening procedures or requirements mandated by the state(s) in which they will be providing services
