About the Role
As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing the waitlist and reservations, and supporting dining room service to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
- Manage the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
- Support dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
- Clear and reset tables, maintain a clean dining room, and communicate table readiness to the team
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
- Work as one team, always putting guests and fellow team members first
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement
- Authorized to work in the country you are applying
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift
