About the Role
One Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a unique remote role focused on the comprehensive and longitudinal management of a new patient panel. This position is foundational in expanding One Medical's virtual primary care footprint, requiring clinical excellence and a proactive approach to patient engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conducting virtual visits for acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health care.
- Establishing strong patient relationships to drive continuity of care.
- Collaborating with virtual care teams, health coaches, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians.
- Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning.
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
- Contributing to the development of virtual panel-building workflows and best practices.
Requirements
- Currently licensed in CA, with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states.
- Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year.
- Active state medical license with willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing.
- Experience or strong interest in telehealth and virtual care delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain patient relationships in a virtual setting.

- $193,000 - $225,000
