- Lead employee relations matters, including performance concerns, policy and leaves questions, attendance issues, and other sensitive situations.
- Guide leaders through goal setting, performance improvement, recognition, and fair decision-making.
- Help leaders apply People policies and practices consistently across an exempt and non-exempt workforce.
- Build strong relationships across Operations and understand the realities of the day-to-day work.
- Run evergreen programs and special projects to improve performance, feedback, learning, and engagement.
- Support annual and quarterly planning and roadmapping for Operations people priorities.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to spot trends, surface insights, and proactively shape people decisions.
Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in an HRBP or People Partner role with strong emphasis on supporting non-exempt populations.
- Firsthand experience working in a frontline or customer-facing operational role is a plus.
- Ability to develop first-time managers, especially those on the frontlines.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details.
- Excellent judgment, balancing empathy, risk, and business needs.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
