About the Role
The Customer Material Pricing Analyst Student Intern will support processing, maintaining, and managing customer and product data, while building relationships with external customers and striving to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and understand product data packages from external customers.
- Complete bill of material, component, and assembly data setup within Celestica's internal databases to enable material procurement and manufacturing.
- Communicate with external customers to resolve missing and/or inaccurate data.
- Work is guided by detailed instructions, routine, procedure, and under close supervision.
- Receive detailed instructions on all work assignments.
- Work autonomously once proficiency in the tasks is achieved.
- Opportunity for more complex duties and projects as proficiency is gained.
- Opportunity to gain global and supply chain experience within a diverse industry environment.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a University Internship program completing 3rd year of a 4-year program.
- Enrolled in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Computer), Data Management, or Business/Commerce.
- No Formal Experience Required.

- Strong analytic capabilities
- Ability to learn quickly and willingness to learn
- Ability to work within a large team
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite
- Working knowledge of Spreadsheets and Databases
- Project management skills are an asset
- Knowledge of German, French, or Chinese would be an asset
