About the Role

Handle cyber claims for a broad range of clients worldwide, reporting to the Cyber Claims Manager. Work closely with clients, service providers, legal advisors, and specialist vendors to ensure premier claims service. The role requires an understanding of cyber coverages, reserving evaluations, risk management, and vendor responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Handle cyber claims for a broad range of clients worldwide, written in the Global Cyber & Technology Unit and reporting to the Cyber Claims Manager.
Work closely with clients, TPA service providers, external legal advisors and specialist vendors, market leaders and brokers ensuring a premier claims service to clients is maintained.
Handle Lloyd’s Syndicate as well as company claims.
Liaise with respective underwriters on wording/policy issues and expert panels, provide claims information and attend client meetings as appropriate.
Provide claims intelligence to the Cyber Risk Advisory team and Incident Commander and assist in various related projects as necessary.

Requirements

Specific and relevant cyber insurance experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to liaise with customers and service providers, both internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of CLASS/ECF2.
Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience working for a syndicate or company or perhaps a broker as a claims advocate/negotiator and gained sufficient practical experience in the marketplace to independently perform the above duties and responsibilities.
Legal and/or professional qualification.
Experience in TPA management and oversight.
