About the Role
Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is seeking experienced and kind individuals to join their team as Dishwashers / Utility / Bussers. This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations from deliveries and inventory to table turnover.
Responsibilities
- Receiving deliveries
- Checking invoices for completion and accuracy
- Properly rotating products
- Stocking the restaurant
- Dishwashing
- Managing inventory
- Performing maintenance
- Ensuring general cleanliness
- Bussing and turning over tables
Requirements
- Must be an experienced and kind person
- Ability to move/lift items that are 50lbs regularly
- Must average at least 25 hours/week to be eligible for insurance benefits
- Must enroll and contribute to the 401k retirement plan to receive matching
Skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to operate a Pallet Jack and/or Keg Lift (after training)
