About the Role
Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a passionate Lifeguard. You will oversee poolside safety, ensure a great member experience, and maintain health and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee poolside safety.
- Ensure members are having a great experience.
- Ensure pool areas are compliant with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation at all times.
Requirements
- Must hold an NPLQ qualification.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
- A team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
