About the Role

Quality assurance plays an important role in helping the Salesforce team deliver reliable enhancements, integrations, and releases. As Quality Assurance Analyst, you will plan and execute manual testing, support release and regression activities, manage defects, and work with technical and business partners to help ensure solutions meet functional and business requirements. Your work will strengthen testing capacity, reduce production risk, and support timely, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and maintain manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and production support activities.
  • Coordinate and perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across Salesforce releases, helping validate system stability and minimize production risk.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and retest software defects, partnering with developers and project teams to resolve issues and improve solution quality.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to clarify requirements, support Agile ceremonies, maintain QA documentation, share knowledge, and improve testing efficiency and delivery quality.

Requirements

  • Hands-on software quality assurance experience, strong analytical judgement, and a collaborative approach to testing in an Agile environment.
  • Experience performing software quality assurance activities within enterprise applications and Salesforce.
  • Experience developing and executing manual test cases and documenting testing results.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Ability to independently manage moderately complex testing assignments, assess quality risks, prioritize testing activities, and escalate significant concerns appropriately.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, organization, and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Preferred experience includes supporting Salesforce platform implementations or enhancements.
  • Preferred experience includes using test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Preferred experience includes regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Preferred experience includes knowledge of test automation concepts or tools.
  • Preferred experience includes Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or BA.
  • Preferred experience includes an ISTQB or other recognized Quality Assurance certification.
