About the Role
Set the technical direction for Integrated Planning capabilities, strengthen consistency and quality through standards, tools, and training, and lead the growth of these capabilities for local clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with practice leaders to align market needs with internal capabilities, strengths, and gaps.
- Set and communicate technical direction for consistent delivery across teams and offices.
- Develop, maintain, and implement practice standards, processes, and tools to improve quality and consistency.
- Coordinate quality leadership across the practice.
- Build and drive technical training and development pathways.
- Sponsor and advance innovation and R&D efforts.
- Collaborate on applied technology enablement.
- Support technical elements of strategic pursuits.
- Lead the firm’s growth of Integrated Planning capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience with recognized ability to lead others, deliver complex projects, and develop technical approaches for proposals.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to achieve results.
- Recognized technical expert in a specific service or discipline within Transportation.
