About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provides task leadership for teams receiving, logging, and converting customer product data into system formats (Bills of Materials, preferred supplier information).
- Initiates Engineering Change Orders.
- Supports Data Associate positions as a mentor.
- Implements process improvements and ensures data quality.
- Communicates with engineering and supply chain teams.
- Resolves data integrity issues with internal and external customers.
- Ensures proper data storage and retrieval.
- Disseminates data readiness notifications and distributes data.
- Acts as the focal point for product data technical issues.
- Interacts with customers to resolve problems and improve the product data release process.
- Serves as the S2P focal point for coordinating technical and commercial data setup into ERP.
- Coordinates and manages material cost activity for select customers/sites.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of data management and processing experience.
- Skills in using computer tools and systems.
- Understanding of product structure and electronics/mechanical components.
- High-level understanding of commercial data for quoting and PO placements.
- Strong systems skills, including MS Office and Access.
- Ability to consolidate, manipulate, and analyze large quantities of data.
- Knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and problem-solve tasks for timely and accurate completion.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of the Green Energy Market, including pricing, technology, and supply/demand trends.
