About the Role

The Supplier Engagement Support Manager role focuses on growing existing Supply Chain Finance programs by identifying and onboarding new suppliers. This position is critical for deepening client relationships, increasing facility utilization, and supporting revenue generation and profitability within Global Trade Solutions (GTS).

Responsibilities

  • Growing existing Supply Chain programs by identifying and onboarding new counterparties.
  • Preparing supplier outreach materials to highlight program benefits.
  • Executing relevant supplier engagement and onboarding according to growth strategies.
  • Monitoring data points to define supplier demand and support program capacity.
  • Providing operational and data analysis, presentation, and general support to Sector Head and Management.
  • Supporting clients and internal stakeholders with necessary materials.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Implementation and internal stakeholders for timely supplier onboarding.
  • Acting as a role model for Group Values (Open, Connected, Dependable) and supporting colleagues and customers.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a busy and challenging environment, driving customer excellence.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks effectively.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with experience working under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Numerical capability using Excel and similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation preparation skills.
