Responsibilities
- Make every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Suggest complementary products before processing the transaction
- Ensure careful and precise handling of transactions at the cash register
- Clearly explain return policies to customers
- Answer the phone in a professional manner
- Keep work area clean and ensure necessary supplies for efficient work
- Respect and follow policies and procedures from head office departments
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Quick and methodical
- Ability to listen to customers’ needs to provide exceptional customer service
- Good with numbers
- Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods
- Looking for a career that constantly offers new challenges
- Functionally bilingual (an asset)
