Responsibilities
- Receive and check merchandise
- Keep the backstore well organized
- Organize and account for merchandise receipts and shipment orders, identifying potential errors
- Label merchandise with the correct price and correct if necessary
- Prepare products for transfer to other stores or the distribution centre
- Place products on the sales floor efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized backstore
- Provide excellent customer service
- Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team
Requirements
- Enjoy physical work, including lifting heavy merchandise
- Be organized, efficient, methodical, autonomous, and resourceful
- Willing to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods
- Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods
