About the Role
This position plays an important role in ensuring that every takeout guest receives accurate orders, exceptional service, and a positive experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and take takeout orders accurately
- Process online and third-party delivery orders
- Package food carefully and verify order accuracy
- Greet takeout guests and provide excellent customer service
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion
- Maintain a clean, organized takeout and front counter area
- Restock supplies and assist with light cleaning duties
Requirements
