About the Role
The Coordinator, Officiating Administration supports the operations, planning, and administrative functions of the NFL Officiating department, ensuring efficient execution of daily activities, coordination of programs and events, and management of departmental processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as Officiating lead for Game Day Assistants, ensuring HR and security protocols are met.
- Support club and league responsibilities and logistical operations for domestic and International Series game(s).
- Lead weekly internal and cross-departmental meetings during the season.
- Provide administrative and operational support to stakeholders in the Officiating department, including credential management and officials’ hotel negotiations/logistics.
- Provide Game Day support within AMGC.
- Assist with communication and follow up with the NFLRA.
- Create agendas and assist with note taking for various League meetings.
- Participate in Football Operations game and event duties as assigned, including travel to various NFL events and programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in administration, communications, or operations at the collegiate and/or professional sports level.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong communication, team building, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Highly organized and able to multitask efficiently, even in high-pressure environments.
- Highly developed verbal and written skills.
- Very strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred.
