Responsibilities
- Hire, properly staff, and train office personnel
- Lead and develop a strong accounting office team
Requirements
- Automotive dealership accounting experience is REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of dealership office operations
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Skills
- CDK experience preferred
