  • Monitor product quality, flagging patterns and systemic issues.
  • Own testing changes, checking edge cases, and confirming workflows.
  • Utilize AI tools like Claude Code to accelerate issue resolution.
  • Communicate crisp, specific updates to relevant teammates.
  • Document fixes, edge cases, and recurring issues to build institutional knowledge.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in a QA, product, or technical support role for software products.
  • Experience building or experimenting with Claude Code and applying AI tooling.
  • Proven track record of resolving product issues quickly and independently.
  • Ability to extract signal from noise in user feedback.
  • Understanding of UX to differentiate real problems from surface complaints.
  • Clear written communication skills for escalating issues effectively.
  • Comfort working without a detailed process and creating personal management systems.
  • A desire to move fast and resolve issues promptly.
  • Strong product taste and understanding of user experience.
  • Ability to take ownership and complete responsibilities without constant oversight.
  • Honesty about knowledge gaps and willingness to ask clarifying questions.
  • Motivation for growth and earning increased responsibility.
