About the Role

This role focuses on shaping and articulating the strategic direction of the NFL’s international business and developing new initiatives to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategies to drive long-term strategic value in the international market.
  • Research, design, develop, and recommend data-informed concepts and solutions for international markets.
  • Project manage initiatives from inception to completion, including business case analysis, execution planning, cross-functional communication, and impact assessment.
  • Own financial analysis, KPI development, and data tracking for ongoing projects.
  • Partner with key NFL departments including Sponsorship, Consumer Products, Media, Football Development, Events, Club BD, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination across territory and League offices, focusing on information sharing and collaboration.
  • Create documents and presentation materials for executive-level audiences.
  • Coordinate and track components of the Global Markets Program with Club Business Development.
  • Support International and Events teams with annual and long-term business planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of strategy experience, preferably in management consulting or sports/events.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong presentation design and financial modeling/analysis skills (Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Adept communicator skilled in building and sustaining relationships across diverse business areas, time zones, and cultures.
  • Problem-solver, solution-oriented, strategic, and creative thinker.
  • Experience working in an international role at a sports management organization (preferred).
  • Proven success in consulting, sports management, and/or international business (preferred).
