About the Role

- Translate needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and lightweight specifications in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Design leads.
- Plan and execute daily product rituals, including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, while keeping cross-functional partners informed.
- Act as the initial point of contact for bug reports and feature requests, investigating issues, and collaborating with Engineering on prioritization and resolution.
- Serve as a first point of contact for technical support questions from clinical and operational teams, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems.
- Plan and manage QA/UAT for new features, verify fixes, and confirm release readiness, communicating changes to affected teams.
- Maintain up-to-date product specifications, workflows, known issues, and release notes.
- Gather feedback from clinical and care teams through shadowing, interviews, and data analysis to inform problem statements and opportunities.
- Address urgent operational needs and solve problems outside the core scope with a bias to action.
Requirements

- Experience in healthcare is required, preferably in a care delivery or clinical software context.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to structure ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
- Ability to manage a busy backlog, bug reports, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Clear and confident communication skills with diverse audiences, including clinical staff.
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical language and between clinical workflows and product requirements.
- Takes initiative and operates with autonomy, figuring out what's needed and making it happen.
- Direct experience in the healthcare space with a motivation to understand clinician, care team, and patient workflows.
- Comfort with product and project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, Notion, Claude, or Figma.
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation, QA, and requirements.
- Collaborative spirit, working well across teams.
