About the Role
This role owns partners after launch and throughout their experience with us. Once a partner is live, you become their main point of contact and know their integration and use cases inside and out. Your responsibilities are focused on providing a high level of support and fostering real relationships. Partners lean on you when something goes wrong and when they're looking to do more with us. You'll own communication, understanding their needs, and staying with it until everything is handled. You'll need the technical acumen to reproduce issues and get far enough into a problem that engineering receives a diagnosis rather than a forwarded message. Relationships matter just as much as technical support and you’ll build through regular check-ins, roadmap conversations, and enough trust that partners tell you what's actually happening.
Responsibilities
- Act as a portfolio of enterprise partners' primary point of contact and owner of their experience from launch onward.
- Provide first-line technical support: triage, reproduce, diagnose, resolve issues, and escalate with sufficient detail for engineering.
- Monitor health across usage, volume, and error patterns to proactively identify problems.
- Cultivate partner relationships through consistent check-ins and roadmap conversations.
- Facilitate the feedback loop from partners to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience owning technical relationships (e.g., technical account management, customer success at a technical product, solutions engineering, or technical support).
- Experience managing a book of accounts, tracking open threads, follow-ups, and commitments.
- Comfort with APIs, docs, logs, and error responses to reproduce issues independently.
- Ability to explain technical constraints to business stakeholders and business constraints to engineers.
