About the Role
Eurofins PSS is seeking a Senior Analytical Site Manager to oversee GMP testing for a pharmaceutical client, focusing on investigating samples, identifying deviations, and preparing batches for release. This role involves guiding teams, prioritizing development, and supporting new site setup, hiring, and training.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams, schedules, and train employees in a client environment.
- Organize technical resources and staff to accomplish client goals within given deadlines.
- Meet all quality and productivity metrics, and demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration.
- Conduct monthly meetings with direct reports, the Eurofins department, and client managers.
- Disseminate administrative communications.
- Assist Director with business operations as needed.
- Stay current with science and technology and consult knowledgeably with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or other science related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience.
- Scientific background, specifically within analytical chemistry, and 3+ years of hands on laboratory experience.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- A good understanding of day to day business operations.
- Demonstrate strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
