About the Role

Integrity Wealth is seeking Products Consultants to help advisors maximize the value derived from the firm's open-architecture shelf. Consultants will conduct product comparisons for prospective advisors, coach producing advisors on product mix, and channel advisor feedback into shelf strategy to enhance advisor and firm economics.

Responsibilities

Run shelf-curation deep dives with prospects, including like-for-like product comparisons.
Coach producing advisors on product mix: advisory conversion, alternatives, and annuity and insurance flow.
Support recurring product shelf reviews and channel advisor input through the product governance process.
Equip Advisor Success Leaders with product playbooks for the value-add service model.
Support product mapping in every transition to service-level standards.

Requirements

Seven or more years in investment product, platform consulting, or advisor-facing solutions.
Fluency across advisory models, alternatives, annuities, insurance, and financial planning tools.
Ability to build and defend like-for-like competitive product comparisons in front of a prospective advisor.
Consultative coaching skill with producing advisors on portfolio construction and product mix.
