About the Role
The Air Canada Concierge provides personalized service, recognition, and attention to detail to top-tier Aeroplan members and Signature class customers in the airport environment, ensuring their needs are met and fostering brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge premium customers at Check-in and escort to the Lounge if required.
- Assist premium customers with concerns during flight arrivals and departures, including ticketing, upgrades, connections, and baggage retrieval.
- Assist premium customers with boarding at Gates.
- Meet and acknowledge premium customers at the Lounge.
- Liaise with the 24/7 Concierge Desk when required.
- Network with other Global Concierge Agents and local representatives.
- Provide solutions for premium customers during irregular operations.
- Maintain daily reports on concierge activities, log problems, and follow through.
- Liaise with Concierge groups to provide support for high-profile/premium customers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Internet, emails, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with the ALTEA reservations system.
- Ability to travel for seminars and training.
- Ability to obtain an airport pass.
- Must wear the Air Canada uniform according to policy.
- Must comply with airport security and safety rules.
- Must be eligible to work in the country of interest and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work prior to start date.
