About the Role
Kamco Supply Corp of New England is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Full-Time Laborer to join their team. The role involves loading, unloading, and delivering materials to job sites and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and deliver construction materials to job sites and businesses.
- Repeatedly move or lift construction materials.
- Communicate directions and work effectively with team members.
- Report job site issues and customer questions to the office.
- Assist forklift operators with truck loading.
- Serve customers picking up materials during truck loading.
- Record returned materials and assist with unloading for credit.
- Maintain good housekeeping in trucks, yard, warehouse, and office.
- Assist fellow employees with deliveries as directed.
- Check, tarp, and secure loads for weather conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
- Comply with the Kamco Employee Handbook and Safety Policy.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance in compliance with the attendance policy.
Requirements
- Highly motivated with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather and environmental conditions.
- Physical demands include walking, climbing, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting/carrying up to 150lbs repetitively with assistance.
