  • Coach every rep to improve weekly.
  • Hire and onboard new SDRs.
  • Run weekly 1:1s with each SDR focusing on pipeline, activity, and blockers.
  • Provide hands-on coaching across phone, email, and LinkedIn, utilizing call reviews, live call listening, message reviews, and role-play.
  • Deliver direct, frequent feedback and ensure it leads to real change.
  • Lead from the front, set the office energy, and assist with prospecting when necessary.
  • Take ownership of weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment against qualified-meeting and pipeline targets.
  • Set clear goals and track activity, conversion, and quality metrics per rep.
  • Identify underperformance early and lead improvement plans.
  • Report team performance to the Senior SDR Manager, celebrate wins, and address challenges.
  • Partner with the People team to hire SDRs for the New York team.
  • Own the onboarding and ramp process for new SDRs.
  • Keep outbound playbooks, cadences, and enablement materials current.
  • Collaborate with AE Team Leads to ensure a smooth SDR-to-AE handoff and high meeting quality.
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations on messaging, data hygiene, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in outbound sales development (SDR/BDR).
  • Consistent track record of hitting or beating quota.
  • At least one promotion earned through performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to give clear feedback and represent the team to sales leadership.
  • Comfortable analyzing activity, conversion, and pipeline dashboards and translating data into action.
  • Based in the New York City area.
  • Able to work from the Chelsea office 4-5 days per week.
  • Experience selling a complex product (commercial real estate, fintech, proptech, or vertical SaaS).
  • Formal or informal experience mentoring other SDRs.
