About the Role

TeamViewer provides a leading Digital Workplace platform that connects people with technology, enabling, improving, and automating digital processes to make work work better. Our software solutions harness the power of AI and shape the future of digitalization. We believe that our diverse teams and strong company culture are key to the success of our products and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Turn complex industrial workflows into clear, measurable operational outcomes, working alongside customers.
  • Drive the operational intelligence layer that turns Frontline execution data into trusted KPIs and decisions.
  • Identify, develop, build, and manage repeatable solutions for industrial segments, including market definition, customer discovery, positioning, roadmap, and release outcomes.
  • Run discovery on the shop floor through structured customer sessions and site visits.
  • Own the operational intelligence layer across segments, defining shared KPI definitions, semantic model, and metric governance.
  • Lead embedded analytics strategy across segments through business intelligence tools and services, defining dashboards, drill paths, and self-service experiences.
  • Innovate AI services for the industrial workplace, including summarizing exceptions, retrieving context, drafting work instructions, translating content, and recommending next steps.
  • Define solutions, manage delivery and launches, and observe results after release, translating learnings into the next increment.
  • Act as the go-to person for scope across R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Business Development, representing TeamViewer credibly with customers, partners, and analysts.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years in B2B software product management, ideally in connected worker, industrial operations, or enterprise workflow software.
  • Direct experience with hands-free or guided work in industrial settings (augmented reality, wearables, voice-directed work, or ruggedized mobile).
  • Fluency in industrial operations KPIs and the ability to define, model, and govern them.
  • Hands-on experience with embedded analytics and BI platforms; deep experience with a comparable embedded analytics stack, semantic layer design, and dashboard and data visualization craft.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise systems (PLM, MES, ERP, FSM, and WMS) and how execution software integrates with them.
  • A track record of discovery rigor: customer sessions, site visits, and root-cause thinking applied before writing requirements.
  • Confidence representing the organization internally and externally, including with executive stakeholders and customer leadership.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience consolidating fragmented applications into a coherent platform experience.
  • Background in solution architecture, UX, or data engineering alongside product management.
  • Experience launching generative AI capabilities on a governed enterprise data foundation.
  • Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
