About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist (m/f/d) for an exclusive residential property in Berlin, full-time (Mon-Fri / 08:00-16:30). This role offers an opportunity for career changers, as a mini-job, or a flexible student position in reception and concierge services.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact in the property for all matters and requests.
- Handle telephone registration of guests.
- Receive and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Manage table reservations and taxi dispatch.
- Organize other requested services, such as dry cleaning, shoe repair, flower service, cleaning service, and more.
Requirements
- Possess a clean criminal record for employment.
- Submit a short resume for application.
Skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
- Very good German language skills.
