About the Role

As a Learning Content Quality Manager, you will define and uphold quality standards for learning materials, ensuring they are accurate, clear, consistent, and engaging. You will review content, collaborate with content creators, and improve processes to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and continuously developing quality standards for learning content, including guidelines, templates, QA criteria, and processes.
  • Reviewing courses and materials for didactic quality, structure, clarity, consistency, factual accuracy, and learner experience.
  • Providing specific feedback to content creators and stakeholders, and supporting them in implementation.
  • Identifying recurring quality issues, determining their root causes, and implementing scalable solutions in content production.
  • Deciding where content or processes require the most urgent attention based on reviews, learner feedback, and data.
  • Creating guides, examples, training, and best practices to enable others to produce better content.

Requirements

  • A keen eye for quality and a solid understanding of learning and content development.
  • Structured and analytical approach, with a focus on improving processes rather than just correcting individual cases.
  • Hands-on mentality: implementing improvements, testing new approaches, and researching tools to facilitate the team's work.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to content creators, subject matter experts, and project teams.
  • Taking ownership, proactively driving improvements, and balancing quality, deadlines, resources, and client requirements.
