About the Role
Dive is building a cloud-native, agent-native simulation platform to make advanced heat and fluid simulation accessible to mechanical engineers. As Product Manager, you will own the product direction for the web platform, identifying key problems, shaping workflows and user experience, and driving releases with the Web team. You will work closely with the CTPO and engineering leads, with product decisions ultimately being yours.
Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives for the Dive platform from discovery through release, collaborating with the web team.
- Enhance the postprocessor for detailed, agent-friendly analysis.
- Advance fluid and solid raytracing for high-quality videos and deeper fluid insights.
- Integrate MPX solver technology into the web stack, maintaining a unified multiphysics, cloud-native platform.
- Discover and prioritize product features by understanding customer workflows through regular communication with users.
- Define product strategy by translating customer needs and technical constraints into priorities, PRDs, acceptance criteria, and workflow concepts.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interaction sketches to clearly communicate product intent.
- Ship and learn by driving product readiness for releases, collaborating with engineering, communicating updates, validating quality, enabling internal teams, and measuring adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, CFD, applied physics, or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in CAE, software engineering (ideally on a technical or engineering product), or product management on a technical product.
- Design-minded with the ability to produce wireframes and mockups that communicate intent clearly.
- Comfortable talking to demanding engineering audiences, including R&D leads at OEMs.
- Strong written communication skills for PRDs, release notes, and customer communications.
- German language proficiency is a soft plus.
