About the Role
We build humanoid systems, from hardware and electronics to software and manufacturing, all in-house in Berlin. Our goal is to build systems that empower humans, not replace them. Our technology is deployed with industry-leading customers and partners, and our own product is close to launch. We are looking for people who want to be here early, take ownership, and help us build what others only talk about.

- Evolve visual identity and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
- Build brand guidelines and templates for slides, documents, and social posts.
- Shape the digital presence for investors, customers, and partners, including the website, decks, newsletters, and data rooms.
- Design print materials such as brochures, datasheets, business stationery, and office signage.
- Design merchandise for the team, including hoodies and stickers.
- Develop key visuals and campaign assets for product launch and trade show materials.
- Coordinate with printers and booth builders, and support on-site setup for events.
- Create graphics for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube), including posts, carousels, stories, banners, and thumbnails.
- Provide design support for recruiting, employer branding, technical documentation, press kits, PR, and team events.
Requirements
- Studied graphic, communication, or brand design, or equivalent through a strong portfolio.
- Several years of design work experience (agency, studio, in-house, or freelance).
- Proficiency in preparing print files and experience working with printers, including understanding color proofs, paper choices, and production deadlines.
- Confident use of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with Pitch, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- Ability to quickly produce initial drafts and iterate for improvement.
- Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously and knowing when a design is ready for release.
