About the Role

Combine fashion with leadership and grow beyond yourself! Start your training as a specialist in retail sales at H&M. Our Abiturienten program is your shortcut: in just 1.5 years, you'll complete your training as a retail salesperson. Afterwards, in another 1.5 years, you'll complete further training as a specialist in retail sales. During this time, you'll learn everything you need to inspire our customers with fashion and service. You'll also learn how to become a successful department manager: hands-on and varied, you'll get to know all business processes. You'll start directly in sales, fitting rooms, or at the checkout. You'll be an important part of the team from the beginning.

Responsibilities

Inspire customers during your training as a retail salesperson.
Contribute to store operations.
Maintain sales floors and backstage areas with your team.
Support your department manager in daily business during further training.
Take on planning tasks.
Conduct discussions.
Work in the checkout office, warehouse, and with window dressers.

Requirements

Minimum of Fachabitur (higher education entrance qualification).
Remain motivated during stressful phases.
Be communicative, creative, and curious.
Be willing to work with store technologies.
Be prepared to continuously learn and develop.
Be proactive and flexible.
Be willing to work Fridays and Saturdays.
