Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in the operating room (pre-, intra-, and post-operative) for clinical staff.
- Advise on product application and specifications.
- Identify sales opportunities for the entire product portfolio and other products (cross- and up-selling), coordinating with sales representatives on sales tactics and initiating quotes.
- Optimize the use of spine instruments and manage delivery-related tasks.
- Plan case support with Account Sales Representatives based on account prioritization.
- Train hospital staff on independent clinical procedures and device usage (on-site training, field training courses using existing materials and media).
- Support conferences and symposia.
- Report on activities and matters as required by management.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial, scientific, or medical field.
- Knowledge of the medical market and experience in neuromodulation.
- Very good customer contact skills.
- Goal-oriented and structured work approach.
- Analytical and strategic strengths.
- Team player mentality.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Ideally, several years of sales experience as a medical device consultant or clinical specialist in neurology.
- Operating room experience and good technical understanding are advantageous.
- Experience working in a large corporation with matrix structures is a plus.
- Full measles vaccination is a prerequisite for filling the open position due to a facility-related vaccination mandate.
