About the Role
ARTCLUB brings people together through art and events. We work with artists, develop new event formats, and create spaces for encounters. We are looking for someone who is eager to work directly with our founding team and help with day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of exhibitions, community events, and new projects.
- Research potential partners, locations, and collaborations, and help establish initial contacts.
- Coordinate tasks, appointments, and agreements with artists, partners, and our team.
- Bring structure to ongoing projects and ensure ideas translate into concrete next steps.
- Take ownership of small projects and guide them from conception to completion.
Requirements
- Enjoys organizing, communicates openly, and maintains an overview even when multiple things are happening simultaneously.
- Has an interest in art, culture, and events.
- Works independently and is not afraid to ask questions or make phone calls.
- Initiative, reliability, and a desire to build something are more important than experience.
