About the Role
Deliver high-quality operational management for occupiers, working closely with clients, occupiers, and colleagues. Implement the client's vision for an exceptional occupier experience with integrated technology. Act as an influencer and ambassador for the building, communicating its vision, values, culture, and behaviors. Responsible for day-to-day operations through leadership, accountability, and team motivation in a premium UK office development. Focus on ESG and brand integrity.
Responsibilities
- Create and drive a strong multi-functional and diverse leadership team.
- Develop and cascade a business plan aligned with client values.
- Direct and support the on-site Management Team.
- Ensure team members receive exemplary support, development, and feedback.
- Monitor performance metrics and address shortcomings.
- Implement continuous service improvements through new initiatives, ideas, and technology.
- Champion Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Initiatives.
- Represent the property to outside agencies.
- Understand business linkages within the office, retail, and leisure sectors.
- Identify opportunities to improve the property as a destination and asset.
- Foster a culture of team responsibility for property, budgets, and objectives.
- Forecast, set, and manage service charge and non-rental revenue budgets.
- Manage resources within agreed financial parameters.
- Uphold brand personality, values, and spirit.
- Exceed customer expectations and deliver sustainable customer satisfaction.
- Work with the client team to maximize positive PR and media exposure.
- Oversee occupier relationships through operational support.
- Serve as the primary contact for occupier representatives and senior staff.
- Encourage occupier engagement and understand their business performance.
- Maintain positive relations and encourage feedback with key occupiers.
- Assist in occupier initiatives and provide updates at Occupier Meetings.
- Lead the delivery of ESG goals for the client and Savills.
- Engage with occupiers to align ESG aspirations and behaviors.
- Maintain a high level of dialogue with occupier representatives.
- Ensure understanding of business objectives and individual roles.
- Recruit quality team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide effective leadership for team development and objective achievement.
- Ensure awareness and communication of the property Health & Safety Policy.
- Achieve full compliance with statutory legislation.
- Develop a Health and Safety culture and create a safe working environment.
- Develop good relationships with the local authority.
- Attend necessary training and development courses.
- Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
- Comply with the company’s ‘Health & Safety’ procedures.
- Establish efficient operating methods while enhancing services.
Requirements

- Proactive and reactive with occupier requests, delivering tailored services.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to respond to client/contract deadlines.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Good team player who thrives in a fast-moving working environment.
- Ability to write newsletters and communicate with all stakeholders.
- Ability to use social media and various systems.
- Ability to use full range of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience of direct liaison with customers, clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
