About the Role
Lead on delivering exceptional customer service, motivating members, teaching classes, reviewing timetables, and responding to member inquiries in a timely manner. Proactively develop both your knowledge and the club's fitness offering.
Responsibilities
- Teach classes in the studio and the pool.
- Develop class and timetable offerings in line with the latest trends and budget.
- Help the team follow health and safety rules and codes of practice.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Understand and promote all health assessments, classes, and programmes offered.
- Follow procedures for opening and closing the Centre and processing membership payments.
Requirements
- Qualified instructor with relevant qualifications in class-based exercise.
- Experience in a corporate or commercial fitness environment.
- Ideally, hold a first aid qualification.
- Ideally, can follow the Emergency Action Procedures.
