About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work with a variety of clients, including central government departments, local authorities, and NHS bodies.
- Build strong client relationships and understand how each organization delivers for the public.
- Develop technical expertise in audit and financial reporting.
- Get hands-on experience with real data sets, selecting samples, and gathering evidence from clients.
- Test data to assess the real-world impact of any errors on the business.
- Apply professional judgment to assess client policies and estimates.
- Analyze financial statements and review internal controls.
- Learn how companies manage money, risk, and operations.
- Study for a relevant professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CFAB, AAT, ACCA, CIMA or DTS).
- Gain exposure to the latest leading AI tools and digital solutions.
- Engage in meaningful client interaction to understand business operations and drive results.
- Participate in structured learning designed to develop capabilities of a future Partner.
- Engage in in-person experiences with a cohort of future leaders.
- Access additional opportunities, such as working with the Senior Leadership Team and shaping new initiatives.
- Engage in Business Development activities to win work and support growth ambitions.
- Review and challenge the quality of AI inputs and outputs.
- Spend more time on detailed analysis, professional judgment, and insights that add value for clients.
