About the Role
We are seeking a Senior AI Automation & Systems Engineer to manage the technical infrastructure for our content and design operations, overseeing the entire process from planning and research to AI-assisted production, quality control, publishing, and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Take technical ownership of the content and design factory, including tooling selection, automation pipelines, quality management, and agent orchestration.
- Design and develop complex multistep content and design creation workflows and interfaces, utilizing skills in model harnesses and external content workflow tools.
- Create UI integrations into existing solutions or develop and maintain UI and interfaces for workflows and databases.
- Keep the technology stack modular and replaceable, continuously evaluating tools.
- Reduce manual overhead by building automations and agent workflows.
- Collaborate with leadership on architectural decisions and infrastructure direction.
Requirements
- Strong technical background including database schemas, REST/GraphQL API integrations, RAG/vector databases design/implementation, and end-to-end automation pipelines.
- Fluency with AI as a development tool, actively identifying opportunities for agent-based automation.
- Understanding of professional content creation, including structure, tonality, and narrative.
- Commercial mindset with strong prioritization skills to focus on impactful systems.
- Ability to own a roadmap and conduct architecture discussions with leadership.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, comfortable writing, reviewing, and maintaining production code.
