About the Role
As a Security Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the team responsible for maintaining safe, welcoming, and inclusive neighbourhoods across Holborn, Clerkenwell, Farringdon, Bloomsbury, and St Giles. Your leadership will help create a secure environment that enhances the experience of everyone who lives in, works in, or visits this district.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage officers, setting clear targets, standards, and performance expectations
- Act as the primary liaison for the client, building strong relationships and ensuring service expectations are met
- Produce accurate and timely reports
- Provide ongoing staff management and coaching
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update process documentation and the team training matrix
- Develop reporting functions to deliver data and insights to the client
- Drive achievement across all operational targets, including engagement visits, incident reporting, and compliance with static role requirements
Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence
- UK Manual Driving Licence
- Supervisor or Management experience
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand

- 40 hours per week
- 8 hour shift pattern
- Monday to Friday days, 09:00 to 17:00

Salary/Compensations
- £15.05 per hour
