About the Role

You will work closely with the Store Manager to bring the Card Cop experience to life, turning great ideas and high standards into brilliant execution every day. This role offers the opportunity to help launch the first Card Cop store, be at the heart of the football card and collecting community, and help build and develop a team around a shared passion for collecting.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in delivering the overall store experience and performance
  • Lead and develop a team of passionate Product Experts
  • Bring energy, product knowledge and a genuine love of collecting to the shop floor
  • Create an environment where collectors and newcomers feel equally welcome
  • Deliver brilliant customer engagement and consistently high store standards
  • Support strong commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve results
  • Lead confidently on the shop floor and keep the team focused through busy trading periods

Requirements

  • An experienced retail Assistant Store Manager or established retail leader
  • Genuinely passionate about football, cards, collecting or enthusiast-led culture
  • Customer and community focused, with a natural ability to connect with people
  • Commercially minded and comfortable working towards retail targets
  • Energetic, adaptable and comfortable working at pace
  • A hands-on leader who turns plans into action and gets things done
  • Excited by the opportunity to help build something from the beginning

  • This is our first store, but it's just the beginning. We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help launch the store, build an incredible team and help shape what Card Cop becomes as we grow.
