About the Role
Card Cop is launching its first retail store, a concept centered around football, cards, culture, and community. This role is crucial in establishing the Card Cop experience and setting high standards for the Product Expert team. You will be a key member, blending excellent customer engagement with the ability to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Help lead the shop floor and support the management team
- Bring energy, product knowledge and a genuine love of collecting to every shift
- Create brilliant experiences for collectors and newcomers alike
- Build relationships with customers and help grow the Card Cop community
- Support and motivate Product Experts to deliver consistently high standards
- Bring commercial awareness and help the team identify opportunities to drive sales
- Step up, solve problems and take responsibility when needed
- Help create the energy and standards that make people want to come back
Requirements
- Experienced in retail, customer service or another customer-facing environment
- Naturally confident talking to customers and sharing knowledge
- Commercially aware and motivated by delivering great results
- Energetic, adaptable and comfortable working at pace
- Reliable and confident stepping up when additional responsibility is needed
- Excited by the opportunity to help build a new collector community
